Karen Wendt

Karen Wendt is a Change Leader, Sustainability Coach, Impact Investor, merging 4 IR and Sustainability and researcher. She advises companies in implementing the EU Action Plan, reporting and develops models and applications in Sustainable Development and Impact Investing.

She is the Editor of the “Sustainable Finance” series and has widely published in the field of responsible investment banking, positive impact investing, sustainable financial innovation and change management. She introduced the first effective sustainability standard in investment and banking in two top tier financial institutions. Karen is passionate about co-creation and transformation. She is sitting on various boards in the financial industry including SwissFinTechLadies, Sustainable Finance Association and Female Founders Association. As internationally recognized expert for sustainable finance and transformation, she is in inspiring lecturer at internationally recognized universities. She loves intelligence driven organizations, creating data driven change and helping others to connect their vision with the right data points. Karen is likewise a prominent Key Note Speaker. Karen holds an MBA of the Faculty of Social and Environmental Studies of Liverpool University.
